By the end of each training session, we ask our clients to fill an on line satisfaction survey.
This survey aims to measure the degree of satisfaction of the training services provided by Advancia as perceived by the trainees.


Their answers and comments are of a tremendous value to Advancia: theses inputs are immediately analysed and the results and the actions’ plan will be fed back to The different departments involved in the training delivery to improve the overall satisfaction of the client.

Since its foundation Advancia has chosen to be a customer oriented company and in February 2004 we have successfully obtained the ISO certification aiming at reinforcing the customer satisfaction commitment within the different departments. This commitment is insured by the design and use of procedures and process composing our System management quality.

TRAINING PLACES


the inter enterprises courses take place at our training centers either in tunis or sfax.
the place is specified in the confirmation sent to each trainee.

CONFIRMATION 

when we receive an order form, we send a confirmation for each trainee.
It contains the date, the place and the timetable of the training.

TIMETABLES

Winter: day: from 9 am to 12.30 and from 2 pm to 5.30 pm evening: from 6 pm to 9 pm
Summer: day: from 8 am to 2 pm evening: from 6 pm to 9 pm
Ramadan: day: from 8 am to 2 pm evening: from 7 pm to 10 pm

COFFEE BREAK

coffee breaks are offered during the sessions that take place in our training center.

EVALUATION

Each trainee fills in an evaluation sheet at the end of the training. This information allows us to better and enrich our services' quality.
